@summermaeoutdoors: I’ve showed ya’ll my blackened crappie, ritz cracker crappie, so let’s grill some tonight. I still put them on the cast iron to get that crisp finish but with the wood pellets I can still taste some good.wood smoke flavor. This is a really easy way to cook them and it takes about 10 minutes of actual grill time at 300 degrees.
