Personal trainer here! Make sure when your doing your RDL’s you’re not looking up, you want to keep a neutral spine when you’re going down:)

Hi babyyyy idk if ur gonna see this BUT when you’re doing RDL’s I recommend tucking your chin down rather than looking up! My lifting coach used to always tell me that’s much safer for your spine/neck/back. Just letting you know! I love your workouts and so proud of ur progress😋😋

instead of having that arch in your back during the hip thrusts try flattening it against the thingy and lift your shoulders and head off the rest instead of laying back against it
