Thank you for saying this out loud!! Why are we the ones who have to carry the load alone? Why are we expected to?! It’s exhausting and no amount of “reorganization” of tasks changes the fact that it’s just too much on our plates.

I rarely ask for help now. I’m single so I’m used to doing things myself. We have so many things on our to-do list that if the “helper” is unreliable we still have to think about the task and until we end up doing it anyway.
