@Savage is the gentalman speaking I am not the only citizen in this community who has experienced serious grievances that remain unresolved years later. One resident has spent years attempting to recover a firearm that was seized during an investigation. Despite being informed that no wrongdoing on his part was established, he continues to fight through court filings and government channels in an effort to have his property returned and his rights restored. Whether one agrees with the circumstances of the case or not, this should concern everyone. Constitutional rights are not conveniences to be granted or withheld at the discretion of government officials. They are rights that demand transparency, accountability, and due process. When government agencies become careless with matters involving children, families, property, or constitutional liberties, public trust erodes. When citizens feel they must spend years navigating bureaucracy, filing motions, and seeking intervention from outside agencies simply to obtain answers or recover what is rightfully theirs, something is wrong. These are not minor issues. They strike at the foundation of the relationship between the people and their government. If legitimate grievances continue to be ignored, delayed, or dismissed, the consequences will not be measured merely in frustration. They will be measured in a growing loss of public confidence in the institutions that are supposed to serve and protect the community. No citizen should have to spend years fighting for transparency, due process, or the restoration of their constitutional rights. #SecondAmendment #Constitution #BillOfRights #DueProcess #CivilRights
