I mean yeah he’s definitely not the friendliest person but he also definitely didn’t break the law. Obstruction is a physical act, he was on his own property and they had no reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime. He got arrested for not following unlawful commands. He will most definitely win the lawsuit and taxpayers will suffer the consequences due to poor policing. They need to learn DE-ESCALATION!!!
