I disagree. And this is coming from someone who got 1.7 billion views last year. Quality with consistency. NEVER post more than 5x a day, if you can post more than that, then u never touching 10M view video, and it means they aren’t good. Simple truth

GOAL: POST 30x a day. 5 different formats: 3 sec, 15 sec, 30-45 sec, 61 sec and 90+ sec. Do research on the 5-10 most common subtopics or most common questions asked related to you brand pillars THEN run them through format links. Under TikTok studios, go to analytics and click at CONTENT to see the top 10 performing videos under the last 7 days and 28 days. Take each one of those ten videos and change one factor (ex. what you are wearing, hook, the order of things discussed) about it with the intention of remaking the video. REPEAT MULTIPLE TIMES (not the posting 30 days but the remaking of videos).
