OMG, SAME! … I found out when I was already four months pregnant. I had no symptoms and I had my periods as usual… How I found out was when I had a severe heart burn that kept coming back even after I drank Gaviscon…. I then went to the doctor who then referred me to the ultrasound ward, and the Perinatologist told me that my “Heartburn” has a “Heart beat”… Shocked as I was, I kept looking at the sonography (ultrasound) images after the Perinatologist printed em out… Past my first trimester and now I have my son who I cannot imagine living without) 🥰
