Yesterday, I had a discussion about a trend in some countries where love is linked to social status. One woman told me that she would never marry a man who doesn’t have money. The conversation also touched on women expecting men to give them expensive gifts so they could show off to others how much the man loves them. It was suggested that love still exists in such a relationship, just in a different form. I don’t fully agree with this. Perhaps there is love, but it is love for materialism, and maybe only from the person who is giving in the relationship. ✨️I would be very interested to hear your opinion on this topic✨️
