Nurse is right! The more sleep deprived the more likely for errors and could lead to patients dying or even the nurse

It’s totally illegal. Why the hospital managers not working? It’s very risky for nurse and for Pati too. What are the hospital managers think? Medical

A tired nurse is very much prone to do mistakes on patients. You cant let an exhausted person care for others, thats fraud.

The nurse was correct to refuse staying another shift without rest/sleep. When nurses are exhausted and overwhelmed, mistakes can be made. Hospitals then hold the nurse responsible, instead of taking accountability themselves. I'm proud that she held her ground, and took the safety of the pts first.
