even when you do own a club venue, these people can take it away just like that. im in australia, my city has a designated nightlife district in which there used to be a cool small live music venue. some people chose to move into the apartment above it and started complaining about the noise, and now the venue has been barred from hosting gigs. even though they chose to move above a live music venue??

In liverpool this has been a massive problem :( students moving above night time venues in the city centre then complaining when they chose to live right in the city centre some above a particular venue complaining to the council when they don’t even live here all year round
