@tastyfood2288: Ingredients • 1 cup of water (lukewarm, 250 ml) • 1 tea glass of milk (lukewarm) • ½ tea glass of vegetable oil • 3 tablespoons vinegar • 1 teaspoon yeast • White of 1 egg (yolk will be used for brushing on top) • 1 tablespoon sugar • 1 tablespoon salt • 5 to 5½ cups of flour (the dough should be soft) Instructions Mix all the dough ingredients and prepare a medium-soft dough. Cover it and let it rise for 14 minutes. Divide the risen dough into 10 or 12 equal balls. Roll each ball out as thin as possible using a rolling pin. Brush with a mixture of vegetable oil and butter, then fold as shown in the video. Let the folded dough rest for 10 minutes. Roll each piece out lengthwise into a rectangular shape. Place the filling along one edge, roll it up, and place the rolls side by side on a greased baking tray. Slice into your preferred size. (If you like, you can freeze them on the tray before baking.)
