The connectors aren't long enough to work if your phone or tablet has a case. it's a pain in the but. I don't want to have to remove the case when I want to charge my phone!

It still will not connect with the otter case.If you have an otter case on your phone, it will not connect with the phone, it's still not right.Fix it
