I use pad glue like what was used before. Personally if you’re doing a whole house it would definitely be quicker but if it works for you. Cool.

Carpets look good but you can’t be using a glue gun for adhesive, you need spray adhesive to hold it down, and before you say it’s expensive( fyi it’s not ) put it down as materials for the job on the price. That way you not out of pocket 👍
