@skylar_toth: Are you a night owl or morning person?! I want to be a morning person so bad but once I finally sit down for the night I cant just go straight to bed 😅 #momtiktok #bedtimeroutine #closingshift #toddlersoftiktok #busymomlife
From what I follow for sleep, she’s still young for that long of a wake window. I’d keep at the two naps for a while!

It takes two years to fully get back to “normal” after having a baby… it’s insane how long it takes the body and mind to fully heal itself after having a baby… i finally started feeling like myself again when my first daughter turned 3 and then boom about 3 years later I had another baby lmfao💀

I think kids kind of dictate when you need to transition. Two is a good time to go for a change. I think she’s telling you she needs two naps. ❤️

Over the ear headphones SAVED ME postpartum!! Air pods just don’t work the same. I never even have anything playing, it just blocks out a lot of the noise and helps so much with the overstimulation

From what I’ve read the full transition to 1 nap can take a little while! My daughter just turned 1 and most of the time still takes her 2 naps but every once in a while she will skip one. We’re just following her lead!
