Boil water for 25 minutes then drop 4-5 Cloves in boiling water drop 1 cinnamon stick in boiling water for about 15-20 mins until water gets dark add turmeric & black pepper this is the tea drink one or two cups… after an hr take your activated charcoal you can either take two capsules or use the lose form and add it to bottle water preferably spring water… this is what I got from her directions also make sure you are dieting correctly for better results..

May I suggest, you take the binder 1-2hrs BEFORE drinking the tea. So that when the parasites die off, the binder is already there, waiting to do is job vs "chasing" the parasites
