I have lived in North Florida my whole life and it's kind of normal to have these freezing cold fronts, but thankfully, they don't last that long.

Welcome to the real South lol it’s an unseasonably cold year we only have this every 7-10 years last year this time it was 80’ in North Georgia lol

It's a fairly long cold snap. It's not a regular thing, but it can happen. You are in the JAX metro area and that far north you will have a winter. It's not terribly long, but January and February are chilly. Now if you were say, in Palm Beach County it would be considerably milder that far south.

This is an unusually weather for the south. We do have a little bit of a winter, but not like this. We tell the North they left their weather down here.
