@courtneys_bites: Crispy potato mozzarella balls! 😍 recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients -7 potatoes -1 tbsp butter -1 tsp salt -1 tsp pepper -1 tsp garlic -1 tsp paprika -1 tbsp fresh parsley -1 tsp onion granules -5 tbsp cornstarch -mozzarella cheese -Parmesan -fresh parsley Method: -peel and clean your potatoes and place them in hot water to boil until fully softened -allow to cool for 20 minutes then add 1 tbsp of butter and mash until smooth -add your salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, parsley, onion granules and cornstarch and mix until fully combined -take a small portion of your mash, flatten it down and add some mozzarella cheese in the middle and close up gently, roll into a ball and place to one side -place some oil in a pan, and turn on a high heat. once hot, add your balls and leave until there nice and crispy and a brown/golden colour -place on some kitchen roll until the excess oil has come off, the out them on a plate and drizzle with Parmesan and fresh parsley #potatoballs #crispypotatoballs #EasyRecipes #FoodTok #potato
