Ok so in the book they explain it vetter than the movie they also genetically engineered them to need more than normal and the food was supplemented or something like that so any food not fed by the park was deficient for them (it’s been a while since I read it) it’s still not a solid explanation vut it’s better than nothing

I’ve never watched Jurassic Park, but in order to make the contingency thing correct maybe they’re genetically modified everything around them so that they wouldn’t naturally get the lysine they needed from their diet? Maybe im being stupid, im very ill rn
