What about bonus pay? Are they supposed to add it to your regular check or give you a separate check? They added it to my regular check and took out about 750 in taxes which came up to be half of my bonus how is that ok?

I work for Securitas INC, they use "weighted average". During last pay period, I covered 40 hrs at $26.86/hr and 8hrs at $40.29/hr. I was then forced (because of my middle management position) to cover a shift at $19,75/hr. Hadn't I done the last one, my check would have been $1,400 gross but because I covered the last one-and because of weighted average all of a sudden my gross pay will be closer to $1,300. How is it right that I'm losing money by putting in more hours?

what if your employer refuses to pay overtime because they stated in the beginning, they do not work overtime, but you are required to work? Then what happens, without being threatened in your job???

I have a question: From my understanding OT is time and half right? Now according to the company and union it is blended. I never got paid time and a half for my OT I only got paid straight pay. Any advice?
