I do this too, but I make a breakfast version too! Instead of pizza sauce I use gravy & the toppings are egg, real bacon bits (or sausage crumbles) and cheese! Everyone in the house loves them!

OK, not sure what I’m doing wrong or how anyone could mess us up but these were actually disgusting! Sourdough discard on its own just taste gross.

So I just started my journey, when I discard is it ok to keep it in the fridge and add the next days discard to it and so forth as long as it’s not more than a week from the first discard?
