@crmnallyobsessed: A California woman was arrested after her toddler fell from the passenger side of a moving vehicle and narrowly avoided being run over. Video of the incident shows the black SUV entering the intersection. As it began turning, the front passenger door opens and a 19-month-old child falls out of the car and onto the roadway. The child was nearly run over before the driver stopped, picked up the child, and drove away. The child suffered injuries from the fall and was taken to a hospital for treatment but is expected to make a full recovery. Jacqueline Hernandez, 35, was taken into Fullerton Police custody following the incident for suspicion of felony child abuse. #truecrime #caughtoncamera
