It's terrible. I can understand the mother. I would have completely lost it if my child were like that. The mother has to deal with this child every single day.

As someone that’s on the spectrum and struggle with meltdowns, she’s clearly having a meltdown her self and can’t think straight she clearly knows she’s struggling and trying to reach out but she can’t speak or think clearly as she’s so upset. I feel for everyone in this situation, cops obviously trying very hard to be patient and understanding and doing what he can to help. Don’t know what’s happening with mum but she may actually be too old to care for her any longer.
