Medical Observation 09/26/26: Adoption Exam Completed Altered: No Tattoo/Scar: No Rabies given in RR leg; DA2PP given SQ in RF leg; Bordetella given intranasally Flea and Heartworm Prevention given; Pyrantel given PO Blood sample pulled to perform heartworm test: NEGATIVE Microchip Implanted: 941010005717054 Pt has hair thinning on chest /Pt is in heat. 09/27/26: checking on skin patient has mild erythema of the skin - suspect possible allergies or contact allergy thin hair coat normal stools recommend medicated baths 10/01/26: Spay surgery performed by OPK 10/05/26: Alert. Bilateral clear nasal discharge and sneezing. Coughing some CIRD 10/15/26: P was QAR, not responding much to treats/verbal cues in kennel. Immediately after getting out of kennel, BAR and very dog reactive. Exam: BAR, MM pink, CRT <2 sec Euhydrated BCS 5/9 EENT - Unremarkable. No nasal discharge. H/L - Normal auscultation, no murmur or arrhythmia noted. Eupneic. Single cough noted during observation/movement from kennel to treatment area. ABD - Comfortable, no organomegaly noted INTEG - Healthy coat, no lesions noted M/S - Normal gait, no soft tissue swelling or abnormal ROM noted NEURO - Brief neuro exam unremarkable P ate chicken in tx well, was BAR OK to move out, monitor for appetite/worsening coughing 10/21/26: QAR. Purulent nasal discharge and coughing. CIRD Shelter Observation 09/25/26: hesitant on leash, allows pets 10/06/26: Tilted head when I made a squeaky noise, came to the kennel door to greet me sat happily and gave me paw when I asked and allowed pets on his head 10/09/26: loves to explore outside and loves toys and treats. Playgroup Observation 09/30/26: Brought to small yard with just two helper dogs, male and female. Showed no interest in wanting to interact. She was tense in posture/hackles raised, letting out a growl when coming into contact with other dogs in the yard, hovering over them.The helper dogs kept their distance. PG2 - Tolerant, No Playstyle 10/13/26: This dog's behavior has not improved. She is still stiff/hackles raised/hovers while greeting, is quick to escalate/looking to start an altercation, and is barrier reactive. Only had a male helper in yard.
