DNA can be easily planted. And online data bases are EASILY manipulated with inaccurate and FAKE DATA. Therefore, DNA IS NOT infallible. Especially if a computer system is what's used for "proof".

DNA- Good! Cell phone data and tracking Polygraph test- Only used for investigation work. A lot of other techniques. I think if law enforcement doesn't use everything available to them and it is not checked over, they should be charged or be fired right away. They can be covering stuff up or helping.

They still have to get a warrant because there’s no police database for blood work. If private companies are giving that information out without warrants than they’re civilly liable and possible criminal.

Quick question about biometric data security, could a cybercriminal steal the biometric fingerprint data from your phone or account, print that onto a glove and then commit a crime with your fingerprints? Just wondering, seems like a bad idea all this vulnerable modern biometric data people are voluntarily giving away
