@amanda_lizz: Meditation for beginners, or for anyone doesn’t have to be 100% quiet or perfect. Start by noticing your breath and letting your body soften. Just notice the types of thoughts that come up. This helps calm the nervous system and build awareness without forcing stillness. Then, after you meditate, you can write down a brain dump of all of the types of thought you were having. Look at these thoughts without judgment, but it really does act as a tool to show you what you’re thinking a lot about. And then once you have the awareness, then you can slowly make steps to change those thoughts out to something else or use techniques to relax from the stops. It’s all about slowing down, breathing and coming back to yourself. Check out the first two vids on meditation for beginners , meditation when you have a short attention span, ways to meditate and how to actually get results with meditating! Hope this helps and let me know any questions you have about meditiarion ❤️🫶🏽 ##meditationforbeginners ##guidedmeditation##StressRelief##nervoussystemregulation##mindfulnesspractice##womenswellness##wellnesstiktok ##yogateacher##mindfulness##brainpower
