My skin looks so dehydrated no matter what I seem to do. I have avoided actives in case they make my skin worse. I have tried hydrating serums but they enhance texture. I use the simple moisturiser and the oat barrier serum. What can I do to fix it?

I’m gradually moving towards your routine and it (combined with Grace Beverly’s PCOS supplement) cleared up BAD cystic acne caused by my thyroid issues! I do however have lots of Japanese rice face masks that I’ve determined don’t irritate my skin or acne that I would like to use up so they don’t go to waste - when in a routine would you use these? long term i’m not going to keep them, just want to not waste what I already bought!
