I still don’t understand how you’re paying for this. This must have cost hundreds of thousands of pounds in the renovation alone.

Everything except the red kitchen cabinets. They’ll look like regret in 10 years’ time.

Oh my gosh that’s so cute and cosy😍😍😍Did you have a carpenter help you build the cabin bed or did you just DIY? My two youngest boys want cabin beds but we can’t really afford to pay a joiner as funds are low.

It Is A Positioning Problem 👉 DM me
It Is A Positioning Problem 👉 DM me "PAIN" to fix your SHOULDER Most people with bicep tendonitis and front shoulder pain keep rubbing, foam rolling, and digging into the pec minor. It feels better for a day and then the same pain is right back in the front of the shoulder. The long head of the bicep tendon runs through a groove at the front of the shoulder. When the shoulder blade tips forward into anterior tilt, that tendon gets compressed and irritated over and over on every press and every reach. No amount of soft tissue work fixes anterior tilt because it is a positioning problem, not a tissue problem. 😵‍💫 Here is how to fix the mechanics driving the problem: 1️⃣ Bent over T-lifts to hinge at the hips with a band and lift the arms out to a T with thumbs up while squeezing between the shoulder blades so the mid-back and posterior delts pull the blade back and the front of the shoulder opens up 2️⃣ Wall slides to place hands on the wall and slide the arms upward while keeping light pressure into the wall so the scapula trains upward rotation and posterior tilt exactly where it needs to be for pain-free pressing 3️⃣ Banded subscap punch to anchor a band to the side with the elbow at 90 and punch up and slightly forward so the subscapularis fires and the shoulder stays centered instead of relying on the bicep tendon 4️⃣ High plank walk-ups to press up from a tall plank onto the bench and back down alternating hands so closed-chain shoulder stability carries over to every push and press in training 🏋️‍♂️ If you have been foam rolling and stretching and that front shoulder pain keeps coming right back, comment or DM "PAIN" and I'll send you the shoulder pain fix demo so you can stop chasing the symptom and fix what is actually driving it. #bicepstendonitis #shoulderpain #physicaltherapy #shoulderrehab #rotatorcuff
