Hair mask recipe for the softest dandruff & flake free hair: powder the fenugreek seeds and mix it in plain yogurt. Let it sit for a couple of hours. Apply this mask on your hair and leave it on for 30-45 mins. Rinse it twice with shampoo. Warning: the fenugreek powder becomes soft jelly like and sticks to the walls and floor of your shower. You might find some still in your hair when you brush (don’t worry once you dry your hair and brush it out it will all be gone). But cleaning your bathroom later may require some muscle and patience. If you can wash it in a sink then it will be much easier. Smell will be a bit nutty. But the shampoo should take care of it. Your hair will be sooooo soft though so I personally feel the effort is worth it. It gets rid of dandruff too and helps your hair grow cos it makes it healthier.
