I tried everything for my pmdd and nothing helped except my liletta iud. It completely went away thankfully 😭 it’s exhausting

My therapist thinks I have PMDD as well and it explains so much. As soon as I’m in my luteal phase, I feel so tired and depressed and I have disassociated episode and it’s so crazy. I also have cramps when I ovulate and I started spotting too🥲

I’ve been dealing with pmdd and extreme pain even outside of my cycle for 15 years😭 I finally got someone to take me seriously and believe I might have endo. It can really help to focus on herbs and teas and taking care of yourself! But you may have endometriosis
