I grew up in Cabo. My rec, stay on the corridor and hang out in San Jose. Do one day at Mango Deck in Cabo but that’s all the Cabo you need

I prefer La Paz. I grew up there. The beaches in La Paz are more beautiful, and it’s not as expensive as Cabo.

They are currently doing construction at the entrance of San José, so it now takes about 40 minutes to get there, sometimes a little longer depending on traffic. San José is more of a family-oriented place with a relaxed atmosphere. Thursday is the best night to visit — you can walk around, enjoy the Art Walk, and have dinner near the main square. Cabo has a more lively and happening scene, with fun bars, beach clubs, and more nightlife options.
