Honestly, the fact it comes vacuum packed and needs 48–72 hours to expand usually means it’s lower density foam. High-density foam holds its shape and rebounds quickly, while lower density can feel soft at first but compresses over time and loses support. So it really depends if you’re going for comfort short-term or support long-term.
