When I checked this litter, one kit was noticeably smaller and skinnier than the rest — and that’s something a lot of people miss early on. Most of the time, the doe handles it. But sometimes one kit just isn’t getting enough access to milk. By the time you notice, it can already be too late. I chose to gently step in and put her on mama to nurse.
