top tips for getting a good latch! always start baby in-between your boobs, tummy to tummy with you. you want your nipple pointing up their nose, and bring baby to boob. Google the flippel technique for making sure baby can get a nice big mouthful of breast tissue and don't be afraid to unlatch them if it's sore and to try again! there are some really good resources out there like Lucy Webber, the breastfeeding network and le leche league that all have social media pages with images and information of how to get a good latch in the early days, and on how to treat nipple pain
