what's funny is that you can have ALL traffic tickets tossed out because the county is listed at the victim and they are a corporation. then they set to hear the case at that same county court by county officials including the judge which is 100% a conflict of interest. they all work and are paid by the county so this would have to go to a federal court since it's a corporation vs an individual citizen. the county court knows the federal court won't hear the case so it will be dropped. know your rights.
