Chocolate mousse is so easy to make! If you’re not in paris and want to try just make one: get 6eggs and 200g of dark chocolate. Beat the whites until you can litteraly put the bowl upside down and nothing comes out. In another bowl mix the yolk and the (previously)melted chocolate. Then incorporate the whites into the yolk/chocolate mixture. Put aside in the fridge for a couple hours and you have a great mousse. To make it prettier you can add some sifted cocoa poxder on top or pipe it in ramekins or add some nuts but it is great even without all the options.
