@chlo.cooks: CAJUN STEAK POTATO BITES 🥩🥔 this is without a DOUBT on my meal plan every single week, without fail! 👏🏽 Ingredients: - 2 steaks - 3-4 potatoes - broccoli - single cream - Cajun spice - red wine vinegar - beef stock cube - Parmesan - butter - garlic 1. Cube potatoes, season and air fry for 25 mins 2. Fry steaks on both sides to taste (I do 3 mins each side for med-rare) 3. Bake the broccoli for 15 mins in olive oil, garlic granuals & salt 4. Remove steaks and add cream, red wine vinegar, beef stock cube, steak juices & splash of water (combine for sauce) 5.
