I’ve never had muscle cramps in my limps since I was a child and going through growth spurts. I now will have muscle cramps and Charley Horses in my forearms just trying to hook my bra!!

I’m an oddball. I love being post menopause at 58. Feel perfectly fine and no libido. And since I’m partner less by choice, I’m very satisfied. I also feel better now than I did ten years ago without any medication other than my antidepressant.
