Why is your doctor directly jumping to the conclusion that this is uterine related? It could easily be G.I. tract related. Or an issue with mitochondrial dysfunction. There are other causes…

Same thing happened to me. My progesterone was low so they gave me a progesterone IUD and it stopped most likely you probably have low progesterone and or maybe possible fibroids in your uterus.
