5yr / 50k warranty on labor and manufacturers part warranty. In this case, customer buys the radio and the installation is covered by the wonderful guys at Royalty Auto Service. 🇺🇸

Heck at that rate you might as well put a pioneer aftermarket head unit in that thing and be a lot better off a lot better sounding and for a whole lot less money That's what I did in my 23 Camry

factory radios are INSANELY overpriced. you can spend $200-$400 on a quality aftermarket unit that will blow that OE stuff out of the water in literally every measurable metric. Better User interface, more RAM/ faster processor, more features/ controls, better display/resolution, superior customization, better sound quality, integrated DSPs, etc. And with all that left over money you could upgrade all the rest of the current audio, add a 4 channel, a subwoofer & amp AND STILL be cheaper than an OEM headunit.

In the uk 🇬🇧 we have companies that would repair that for you. Revtronic are one of the best.

I would say, depending on how your warranty verbiage is go ahead and ship that unit off for a repair and get the screen fixed if the rest of the unit is working away should. Honestly, it is getting so insane with QC wrong parts. Miss package parts parts that are DOA that are OEM.
