@bella.dane: Pilates and walking can’t do what heavy lifting can do! They are amazing supplemental workouts that are so important but not as important as lifting weight. I promise you will NOT accidentally get bulky from it and you’ll feel the best you’ve ever felt 🤍
She doesn’t mean just go into it lifting ridiculously heavy weights. Work yourself up to it!! I started low weights and I’ve worked mho way to way more
