I started running low on my supply too at 4mo, I have gotten my period a couple times now, and my supply dips each time, but this one I got mid growth spurt 😵💫 I used up almost my entire stash since I’m a just enougher, yesterday I picked up a can of the classic Kendamil in the pink can because people say it tastes close to breastmilk and it was the cheapest option out of all the ones that are supposed to taste good… I did 3oz of breastmilk and 1oz of Kendamil… and well… she’s gone feral for it. Every bottle it’s like she can’t get enough. I’ve tasted both my breastmilk and the formula cause I wanna know what the heck I’m giving her and it tastes exactly the same. No spit up, no gas.
