man i got missfire on my 2006 F150 my mechanic replace all spark plugs and ignition coils and did water pump oil pum some sensors and when I started driving was working fine and smooth after few miles started shaking a little bit and the scanner said missfire in cylinder one. any recommendations bro..

Why don’t you do a diagnostic first and find out which cylinder is misfiring so you need to check the coal plug also the injector
