I had this and somehow the sample rate on the driver got messed up. The daw hated what I don’t actually remember setting.

1st: did you restart your computer? 2nd: are both channels in the interface doing it 3rd: have you tried an empty audio track without any plug ins/presets? 4th: what are your buffer settings at?
