You can make your own granola because the pre-made always has so much extra sugar. It’s super easy to make.

@Jess Reynolds: Greek yogurt is always my go to for a sweet late snack. My fave is cinnamon apples with a oat crumble on top. Bake for 12 mins on 400, let cool for 5 mins add Greek yogurt on top and you have a healthy apple crumble

Yes!!! I do this too but I add a little of zero sugar cheesecake pudding mix to the yogurt!!

Mix some sugar free instant jello powder in the yogurt! I usually do the cheesecake flavor. It makes it taste so good and thickens it up a bit too

Sometimes just for a quick, little sweet bite, I’ll have two or three spoonfuls of vanilla Greek yogurt with a squirt of honey on them. So yummy
