an alternative to fixing a battle beast’s arm is to give them a lego prosthetic. the lego technic 1/2 pin connector fits perfectly in the arm hole and you can custom build a cool robot arm off of that.

I recommend drilling small holes with a hand drill then insert a tiny coarse threaded rod. (You can dremel cut the acrew head off to make one.) Use a tiny amount of Super glue gel to join them together as you crank tge arm down into place.

That’s pretty much exactly how we reinforce joins in the Warhammer/miniature wargaming world, and it works great! I usually use a pin vice drill and brass rod or paperclip, then a 2-part epoxy cement to lock it all down. You might be able to glue that, but as it’s a moving part I’d leave it as it is so it doesn’t accidentally lock it up.
