Literally got my first flare up when I was at work getting in and out of a truck felt like I was dying 💀 have had 6 back to back flare up in 7 months since the first one my immune system been feeling like it’s in fight or flight for so long 😭

Wish I came across this as soon as I got my first flare up the past 2 weeks have been a nightmare. Got a uti, then had flu like symptoms, got blisters and thrush all in one go🤣 thought I was dying! very feverish and severe migraine. I’m okay now though just finished my antivirals and hoping things are all sorted from now on.
