Photos are included with the entry ticket, unlike other places that charge extra for every pose, photo, or add-on. The only extra we paid for was a printed photo. We weren’t rushed at all, we had plenty of time to play, hang around, and just be present. Our toddler LOVED it and also freaked out with his first experience seeing an elephant up close. The elephants were gentle and calm, the sessions were scheduled so they weren’t overworked, and they genuinely seemed relaxed and happy in the water. There’s also a nice lookout spot where you can sit and watch them rest and eat afterward, which was really special. (PACK A MOSQUITO SPRAY!)
