if someone has a blister & you share something w them that's touching their mouth it's a lot easier to get it than you're claiming. & it's important to understand statistics so you can explain them properly. while the stat may say 100 people get it from kissing per day and only 10 get it from sharing an object per day, that's because people are kissing much more frequently than sharing objects. for example out of the 100 that got it from kissing, that's because 1000 people were kissing, same could be true w the 10 that got it from an object because only 100 people shared objects. same 10% got it but makes it sound like it's more rare to get it through an object like you're saying when that's not the case

rare and impossible are two different things when someone has a cold sore their viral load is higher then when they don't have but that don't mean they can not pass it . also most people who come in contact with hsv 1 gets it from ages 1-5 from an adult kissing them regardless if it's the lip or cheek most adults will not kiss a child with a cold sore so whatever viral load is left can still give that child hsv1 / cold sore ! sharing lipgloss chapsticks and forks right after each other is the easier way to get it

Herpes does not sit on objects physical things unless you are touching that person with a cold sore you are fine. And I don’t mean, touching with your finger. I mean mouth to mouth. Your lips are on their cold so sore.
