There is a cleaner for this at Home Depot. You just spray it on. The name is alluding me but just go in and ask and they’ll know. Spray that on and then pressure wash.

Maybe get a large brush kinda like a broom but a scrub brush and some soap, soap it up and scrub before pressure washing!

You need a cleaner that has bleach in it. It will kill the mildew and lichens on the shed and make them let go so they can get pressure washed off

Gently spray it down w the cleaner. Let the cleaner set 30 mins and then pressure wash it. If it’s built up use bleach and might need a few soaking sessions.

I used a weed sprayer (1 or 2 gallon) and mixed up hot water, bleach & blue dawn. Sprayed sections at a time & let sit 15 minutes. I used a long handle car wash brush so I didn't have to get on a ladder. Scrubbed then pressure washed. Came out pretty good.

Use pool shock. Was told this by a “pro” power washer dude. I think it was 1 part shock to 4 parts water….

Go to Lowe's pick a paint color and get it in a gallon of the 'Direct to metal' paint. It brushes on easily and smooth!
