Soy actually has a lot of anti inflammatory benefits. Buuuut. It must be organic and unsweetened. If you’re drinking coffee shop soy milk it is inflammatory because of the added non organic sugar and seed oils. If any kind of milk is referred to as a barista blend. That’s what it means - added inflamatory ingredients
